Description

You will serve as a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager, guiding teams through delivery and process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles to improve self-organization and efficiency.
• Remove roadblocks and resolve impediments preventing team goal achievement.
• Oversee project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by gathering requirements and communicating progress to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps for tracking progress.
• Deep understanding and application of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope and mitigating identified risks.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience working closely with product owners and business stakeholders.
• Any Graduate education.
