Description

Provide L3 network and service assurance support for core enterprise routing, switching, and SD-WAN environments.

Resolve complex network incidents and major outages via technical discussion bridges. Execute complex change events and provide design and deployment guidance for new enterprise sites. Manage lifecycle processes including OEM-managed upgrades for EoSWM and LDoS. Identify and plan remediation for chronic issues to drive continuous improvement. Deliver technical training to team members and adhere to ITSM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex network incidents and major outages through stakeholder discussion bridges.
• Execute complex network change events and guide design and deployment for new sites.
• Manage lifecycle upgrades for EoSWM and LDoS by coordinating directly with OEMs.
• Identify chronic network issues and plan remediation strategies for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical training to team members and follow ITSM service operation frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in large enterprise service assurance networking.
• Hands-on expertise with Silver Peak SD-WAN platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Nexus, ASR, and 9K series hardware.
• Proficiency in EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, CoS, QoS, VRF, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki wireless platforms and Cloud-based WLC.
• Strong exposure to Cloud Access, Virtual Environments, and Data Center networking.
• Working knowledge of Network Security, Access Policies, and Firewalls.
• Competency in AWS, Azure, or Oracle cloud technologies.
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting and producing RCA reports using MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infoblox, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, or Zscaler.
• CCNP (Routing & Switching) certification.
