Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software components and large-scale information systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including task planning, estimation, and scheduling.
• Design and develop complex software components while providing technical solutions for root cause analysis.
• Lead sprint planning and delivery by collaborating with Engineering Managers, Architecture, and Product stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers to support their technical skill and knowledge development.
• Contribute to solutioning, process improvements, and the application of Agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of software development experience with a focus on customer-facing, high-performance applications.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS and PHP backend development.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS and JavaScript technologies.
• Expertise in database management using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage work execution through team members.
• Experience with SEO and website performance enhancement.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and system monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
