Description

You will design, develop, and maintain large and medium-scale applications through the full end-to-end delivery lifecycle. You will lead technical aspects of projects, including resource assignment and task delegation to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and install systems and applications to meet business functional objectives.
• Assess application needs and provide modeling and simulation consulting to clarify technology functionality.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies while ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Consult with senior leadership on technical solutions and support existing systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment.
• 2+ years of development experience specifically with Appian.
• Appian Senior Developer (Level 2) certification or higher.
• 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming in Java or .NET.
• Deep knowledge of Appian application performance, optimization, and security controls.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Fiserv product experience or Lead Developer (Level 3) certification.
• Experience with business process and data modeling using tools such as Visio or Aris.
