Description

You will build and maintain large-scale, enterprise-grade frontend applications.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain design systems from scratch.
• Improve rendering and delivery performance for frontend applications.
• Develop scalable, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible web applications using semantic HTML.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers within an Agile environment.
• Write automated tests to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience building large-scale frontend applications with React.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript or other type-safe JavaScript languages.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with modern bundling tools, preferably Vite.
• Experience writing automated tests using Vitest, Cypress, Jest, or Testing Library.
• Experience with linting, testing, and releasing workflows.
• Experience working in remote teams and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using data analysis and analytics to inform product decisions.
• Background in peak-performance organizations or tech startups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building integrations and data synchronizations with event pub/sub models.
• Experience with WebGL or building offline applications using Web Workers.
• Experience building 100% keyboard and screen reader-accessible applications.
• Experience setting up JavaScript tooling and building systems.
• Open-source contributions or maintaining a technical blog.
