Description

You will own the development and architecture of backend services.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture and design for high-scale SaaS or real-time systems.
• Define and drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Participate in code/design reviews and architectural discussions.
• Innovate with new technologies and drive their adoption.
• Take ownership of long-term technical vision and execution.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of backend development experience using Java or Golang.
• Strong command of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Solid experience with Java, Spring, Python, MySQL, Redis, Memcache, Solr, Apache, and Linux.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
• Exposure to high-scale systems handling millions of users.
