Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into detailed architecture for scalable, high-performance systems.
• Build new services and tools from scratch while optimizing existing infrastructure.
• Lead software developers through design, implementation, and operations with minimal supervision.
• Drive cross-team solutions for complex dependencies and provide real-time operational support.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to ensure high-quality output.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Java and AWS cloud services.
• Proven experience designing distributed systems with a focus on scalability.
• Ability to make mission-critical technology selection decisions.
• Experience in technical leadership and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex business and operational challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international e-commerce or customer experience technology.
• Background in real-time operational support and product requirement analysis.
