Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, high-performance microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Own critical modules, drive technical architecture decisions, and ensure system reliability.
• Write clean, reusable code and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Java, Core Java, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.
• Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• B.Tech or equivalent degree.
