Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices for high-traffic applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system design for large-scale distributed systems.
• Own critical module delivery, including troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and deployment automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Advanced Java.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools, and monitoring systems.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• B.Tech or equivalent degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of building and managing large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience optimizing system performance, scalability, and reliability.
