Description

You will build and deploy NLP applications and generative AI models to automate digital processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine NLP applications to transform plain text descriptions into structured digital processes.
• Manage the full development lifecycle of AI modules from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Fine-tune proprietary and open-source machine learning models to meet specific product requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI-driven feature enhancements.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and Generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Python for model training and fine-tuning.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI models in production environments for high data volumes.
• Practical knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with APIs such as OpenAI.
• Strong system design and architecture skills for building scalable systems.
• Understanding of ethical AI use, model transparency, and data privacy laws.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
