Description

You will lead the development and implementation of a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) framework.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a TCoE framework aligned with organizational goals.
• Review testing workflows to identify and execute process improvements.
• Establish and enforce consistent testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to meet organizational needs.
• Train and mentor QA teams to enhance expertise in testing methodologies and tools.
• Partner with development, product management, and operations to integrate testing into project workflows.
• Define performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or testing roles.
• Proven experience establishing and managing a TCoE framework.
• Deep knowledge of QA processes, tools, and industry best practices.
• Experience training and mentoring QA professionals.
• Ability to drive strategy development and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying workflow efficiencies.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.
