You will design, implement, and improve the automation framework while driving departmental automation goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the company automation framework, promoting testing best practices and standards.
• Create Java-based automation test cases and perform code reviews for team members.
• Manage automation test environments, including software configurations, deployments, and test data creation.
• Execute manual, automated, ad-hoc, and exploratory testing across back end, API, and integration layers.
• Analyze data to identify growth areas and document testing results in collaboration with Developers and Business Analysts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of coding experience with Java.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Expertise using Selenium, Selenide, and Appium for mobile automation.
• Proven ability to develop automation frameworks for web-driven and API testing.
• Experience with branching strategies and managing software configurations.
• Strong ability to review logs for troubleshooting and subject matter expertise in feature testing.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business/CS, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservice automation.
• Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub, IntelliJ, Docker, Maven, Jira, and TestRail.
