Description

You will lead end-to-end testing initiatives for alternative investment products.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies covering functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Mentor testing team members to drive quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including root cause analysis and communication with developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical testing scenarios.
• Identify automation opportunities and work with engineers to implement automated tests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• 4+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Proficiency with Selenium and TestComplete.
• Experience with Jira and Quality Center.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or alternative investments.
• Programming proficiency in Java or Python.
