Description

Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for UI and service layers. Own the quality strategy across microservices, ensuring high coverage and reliability through code reviews and architectural evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation frameworks using Java and TypeScript.
• Implement component and integration testing for microservices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab.
• Troubleshoot critical design and code issues in production environments.
• Evaluate architecture and design against business and technology goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of automation engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Typescript, Spring Boot, Maven, and Gradle.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Rest Assured, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with BDD/TDD tools such as Cucumber, JBehave, or Serenity.
• Strong understanding of TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Experience with Docker, mocking frameworks, and AWS services (DynamoDB, SQS, S3, EKS, EC2, Kafka).
• Proven ability to conduct code reviews and assess architectural design.
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban).
