Description

You will design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality across web and API layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation frameworks using TDD (JUnit), BDD (Cucumber), and Hybrid, Keyword Driven, or Data Driven patterns.
• Execute API automation using Rest Assured and maintain CI/CD pipelines with version control workflows.
• Own the full Software Testing Life Cycle, from planning and strategy to defect metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver testing goals within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured for API automation.
• Experience with JavaScript, Jest, and PHP Laravel.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Appium, and TestNG.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and database management.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline setup, and GitHub or GitLab.
• Competency with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or NPM.
• Experience using project management tools like Jira, qTest, ALM, or VersionOne.
• Knowledge of web servers such as Tomcat or Spring Boot.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud experience using AWS (EC2, S3, CodePipeline, CloudFormation), Azure, or OpenShift.
• Experience virtualizing services using WireMock or Mockito.
• Containerization knowledge with Docker.
