Description
You will lead automation efforts and manage the full software testing lifecycle for AI-driven voice and chat bots.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
- Execute integration testing across multiple CRM platforms including Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and SugarCRM.
- Automate web and API testing workflows to increase application coverage.
- Analyze AWS logs and verify DynamoDB table data to troubleshoot system errors.
- Perform regression, negative, and functional testing within an Agile scrum environment.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software development and automation leadership.
- Proficiency with Python, Selenium, and Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with REST API testing using Postman and automation tools.
- Experience testing CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or SugarCRM.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data verification.
- Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
- Ability to work within JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
- Experience with AWS services, specifically DynamoDB and log analysis.
- Practical understanding of C# and UI coding.
Preferred Skills
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
