Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of test artifacts and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and automated/manual test scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and workflow testing across various systems.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA/Xray, coordinating resolution with developers.
• Participate in Agile/KANBAN processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating test suites into Jenkins and similar tools.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Software QA, with at least 4 years in Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Java-Selenium, Ranorex, or Tricentis TOSCA for automated testing.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and familiarity with Databricks for data validation.
• Experience with JIRA/Xray and Agile development methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN).
• Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools for continuous testing.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
