Description

You will own the end-to-end automation lifecycle and drive delivery independently.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute automation lifecycle activities including feasibility studies, estimation, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and BDD approaches.
• Perform API automation and database validations to ensure data integrity.
• Implement in-sprint automation within agile environments using BDD/Cucumber or Specflow.
• Debug complex practical problems and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in software test automation.
• 4+ years of mandatory hands-on experience in automation coding.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE with deep knowledge of OOPs, design patterns, and data structures like ArrayList, Vector, and HashSet.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and BDD frameworks.
• Experience in API automation using Rest Assured or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG.
• Experience with Serenity or continuous test automation via Jenkins/ADO.
• 6+ years of experience for those focusing on framework development.

Preferred Skills

• Manual testing experience on web applications.
