Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of test artifacts and automation frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and automated or manual scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and workflow testing across systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA/Xray, coordinating resolution with developers.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and similar tools.
• Participate in Agile/KANBAN processes including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Software QA, with at least 4 years in Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Java-Selenium, Ranorex, or Tricentis TOSCA for automated testing.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and familiarity with Databricks for data validation.
• Experience with JIRA/Xray and Agile development methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN).
• Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools for continuous testing.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
