Description

You build and maintain test infrastructure, automation tooling, and observability dashboards to improve test reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test workflows and infrastructure using Python.
• Develop and optimize Grafana dashboards for metrics visualization and test health.
• Integrate test pipelines in Jenkins and CI systems to ensure stability.
• Investigate test failures, flaky behavior, and regressions to drive root cause resolution.
• Generate performance reports and establish best practices for test observability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SDET or test infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Skilled in building and maintaining Grafana dashboards.
• Understanding of observability concepts including metrics and telemetry.
• Ability to analyze failure patterns and performance trends.
