Description

You will design and implement automation strategies and frameworks to optimize testing processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current test automation landscape via questionnaires and interviews.
• Evaluate existing tool selection (TestComplete) and standardization strategy for improvements.
• Perform assessments of automation frameworks, identifying gaps and enhancement areas.
• Develop automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Define automation metrics and KPIs, establishing reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in an Automation Lead or Architect role.
• Proven programming skills in Python and C#.
• Experience with automation tools, specifically Selenium and TestComplete.
• Familiarity automating enterprise solutions like Oracle EBS or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
• Ability to assess team skills and guide skills development.
