Description

Own the development and maintenance of automation frameworks to ensure software reliability and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automation test frameworks and libraries using Java, Groovy, and Kotlin.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing using Jenkins and Azure.
• Set testing standards and coach QA team members on environment and data management.
• Improve product test reliability, coverage, and accuracy through proactive technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience as an SDET for major application integrations or product releases.
• Deep expertise in Java and/or Groovy.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, XML, JS, CSS, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline construction.
• Proficiency in testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects by searching system logs using Splunk or similar tools.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing using SauceLabs or equivalent.
