You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks to ensure system reliability and quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and tools.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test plans and scripts.
• Drive an automation-first approach to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results, track defects, and contribute to performance and load testing efforts.
• Define test strategies, conduct risk assessments, and write detailed test plans.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Mocha/Chai, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of Unit, Functional, Integration, Load, Security, and End-to-End testing.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services, Derivatives Clearing, Risk, or Data Warehousing domains.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and public cloud platforms.
