Description

Lead automation efforts and ensure data integrity across complex system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve test automation frameworks to support an automation-first approach during in-sprint testing.
• Identify test scenarios for business logic, data integrity, and non-functional requirements like job performance.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines and review test coverage.
• Execute manual and automated system testing, including ETL validation against business rules and data mapping.
• Coordinate with DBA teams for non-production data refreshes and support UAT and post-production validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Strong development experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools for data validation.
• Extensive experience with SQL and relational database design.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, test types, and the full testing lifecycle.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and prepare QA estimates aligned with project timelines.
