You will own the development and execution of enterprise-grade automation strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and Python.
• Lead performance strategy and benchmarking using JMeter, Gatling, and Locust.
• Validate media pipelines and device ecosystems, focusing on ABR behavior and quality scoring.
• Automate backend microservices and API testing across REST and GraphQL.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and build self-healing test systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including server-side and client-side object manipulation.
• Experience building workflows and record producers within Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in designing cloud-native load resilience test harnesses on AWS or Azure.
• Deep experience testing cloud-native architectures (K8s, serverless) and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Working knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Python, REST, GraphQL, AWS, Azure, and AIML concepts.
• Ability to analyze deep log traces across complex systems.
