Description

You will own the automation and testing strategy for big data environments, ensuring data integrity across distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java and Groovy.
• Execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and consistency.
• Test data workflows involving Spark, S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Collaborate directly with development and delivery teams to resolve defects.
• Manage test cases, execution, and tracking via Jira and X-ray.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing or automation roles.
• Proficiency in Java and Groovy coding.
• Strong SQL query skills for data validation.
• Experience testing Spark, S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Jira and X-ray tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native data lake architectures.
