SDET Engineer

You will lead quality engineering activities within an Agile environment, focusing on end-to-end test automation and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Java, Selenium, and TestNG.
• Execute API testing across SOAP and Microservices architectures.
• Perform UI, Mobile, and backend database validation using complex SQL queries.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle using Jira and integrated test management tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Octopus.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and test automation.
• Expertise in Core Java programming and concurrent coding.
• Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Maven.
• Strong experience in API automation using Postman and BDD/Cucumber frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of SQL for complex data validation.
• Experience with Git or SVN for version control.
• Proven ability to work within Scrum/Agile methodologies and handle story point estimation.
• Strong application debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS, Lambda, and Kafka messaging.
