Description

You will lead the design and architecture of modular, reusable automated testing solutions for large-scale applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Java within Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design automated solutions covering UI frontend, middle tier, and backend services.
• Provide automation expertise, training, and coaching to team members.
• Analyze performance data and recommend actions for continuous process improvement.
• Advocate for automation infrastructure within development teams and identify technical gaps in designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building automated solutions for UI, middle tier, and backend interfaces.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BDD using Cucumber and QMetry.
• Strong Java development experience and full-stack application development skills.
• Proficiency in UI automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience with API level testing using Rest Assured and the Karate framework.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration software.
• Experience with performance testing and analysis using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of service virtualization and Applitools.
• Familiarity with shift-left testing and the test automation pyramid.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JIRA integration plugins such as AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, or X-ray.
