Description

You will drive quality through manual and automated testing across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, strategies, and cases for service, integration, and E2E testing.
• Develop automation scripts for REST microservices and UI using Java or JavaScript.
• Perform in-sprint testing, regression testing, and final build certification for releases.
• Document and track bugs to closure while providing project status reports to stakeholders.
• Execute database testing, including data validation, migration testing, and writing SQL scripts for data retrieval.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and automation development.
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.
• Experience with TestNG and Rest Assured for API testing.
• Strong SQL skills for Postgres database verification and data validation.
• Experience with BDD using Gherkin.
• Practical knowledge of test methodologies, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
• Understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work within Agile tools and processes.

Preferred Skills

• General software engineering background.
