Description

You will develop and execute automated and manual tests to ensure product quality for web and API-first backend applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and detailed test cases based on product requirements.
• Design, implement, and execute automated UI and API tests.
• Conduct manual, automated, and performance testing to identify system malfunctions.
• Coordinate with Development and SRE teams to report bugs and track them to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot product issues and participate in standups and reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend services.
• Ability to write and execute database queries using SQL or NoSQL.
• Experience setting up CI pipelines and generating test reports using tools like Allure, Extent Reports, or Zephyr.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior knowledge of IoT-based systems.
• Exposure to cloud provider platforms such as AWS or Azure.
