Description

You will own the full test lifecycle for mobile applications, executing manual, automated, and performance testing within an agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated and performance tests for mobile-based applications.
• Perform technical debugging and analytical troubleshooting to resolve defects.
• Execute manual and automated testing cycles under the guidance of a Principal SDET.
• Collaborate in an agile development environment to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development or testing.
• Strong JavaScript coding proficiency, including readiness for whiteboard coding exercises.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Webdriver.io, Mocha, Chai, and Cucumber.
• Technical expertise in both UI and API testing.
• Solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, CI/CD, and test automation principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, RDBMS, and XML/YAML.
• Experience using GitLab, Sauce Labs, Applitools, or K6.
• Competency with XCode and Android Studio.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit, or pytest.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Node, or GraphQL.
• Demonstrated experience automating tests using Python or other languages.
