Description

You will ensure the quality and reliability of ETL processes and data integration workflows through automated testing and validation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation test frameworks and scripts to validate data transformation and migration.
• Review technical design documents and requirements to provide feedback and implement test strategies for complex initiatives.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities within an Agile team.
• Identify, document, and track bugs while performing root cause analysis and regression testing.
• Liaise with cross-functional and business teams to identify system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ETL testing and automation framework development.
• Mandatory proficiency in PySpark.
• Strong Python scripting skills.
• Advanced SQL skills for handling big data.
• Experience with Informatica or similar ETL tools.
• Testing experience in AWS environments, specifically AWS S3.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation and DevOps practices in cloud and ETL contexts.
• Proven experience providing testing oversight in Agile environments.
