Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute exploratory, functional, regression, and automated test cases
• Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test data based on business and technical requirements
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications
• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Python, Coded UI, or similar frameworks
• Execute SQL queries to validate backend data and support data conversion testing
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA and Zephyr
• Analyze test results and report quality issues to stakeholders
• Support off-hours deployments, launch activities, and system monitoring as needed
• Maintain QA documentation and test environments; contribute to knowledge sharing via Confluence

Required Skills

• Selenium WebDriver, Python, Coded UI, or equivalent automation frameworks
• Strong SQL/MySQL knowledge for database validation and data extraction
• Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, and/or Test Link for defect and test management
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC understanding
• Functional, regression, system, integration, black-box, and white-box testing expertise
• Programming proficiency in one or more of: Java, Python, Visual Basic, C#, C++, XML

Preferred Skills

• Mobile application testing experience
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
