Description

You will own data quality validation strategies for financial systems, bridging business, product, and technology teams during UAT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, regulatory rules, and user workflows into effective UAT scenarios.
• Build and execute automated data quality checks using Python and/or Java.
• Perform source-to-target reconciliation and migration validation across ETL pipelines and integrations.
• Present UAT status, risks, data quality issues, and go-live readiness to business and leadership stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SDET-level experience in backend and data testing.
• Deep experience with Playwright and test frameworks.
• Hands-on development using Python and/or Java to build data testing frameworks.
• Expert use of Azure DevOps pipelines for automated testing.
• Advanced SQL for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of financial services or wealth management business models.
• Proven experience with ETL, data migrations, and automated data validation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to quickly grasp business workflows, data dependencies, and downstream impacts.
