Description

You will own test automation and quality assurance for REST APIs and ISO message systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate tests for new features using existing frameworks.
• Execute functional and integration testing across all system components.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and document test cases.
• Generate software quality metrics and detailed test reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on expertise with REST API testing tools: SoapUI, Postman, and Swagger.
• Proficiency in performance testing using JMeter.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in TOAD and MySQL.
• Shell scripting capabilities for automation support.
• Experience with XML, YAML, and JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ISO messages and thick client testing.
• Understanding of underlying information systems elements (hardware, network).
