Description

Lead automation testing efforts for web and mobile applications by designing test strategies and executing comprehensive test plans.

Responsibilities

• Create automation scripts in Java and JavaScript to validate new features and legacy modules.
• Analyze business requirements and design documents to determine technical feasibility for automation.
• Prepare test execution plans, estimation documents, and test plans for sprint releases.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to prepare test data and resolve blockers during regression testing.
• Identify and prioritize automation tasks within the scrum process to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Selenium for web automation.
• Expertise in mobile automation using Appium.
• Hands-on experience with iOS testing environments and XCUI test.
• Ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading automation efforts in a scrum environment.
