Description

Lead quality engineering efforts by developing automation scripts and integrating testing into DevOps pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts for existing applications and build regression and sanity test suites for DevOps pipelines.
• Own in-sprint quality activities and optimize the scope between sprint and end-to-end testing.
• Code, test, and implement full-stack solutions while creating reusable test and automation interfaces.
• Mentor team members on QE, Agile, and DevOps practices while coordinating end-to-end testing activities.
• Maintain QE documentation and communicate test status updates to stakeholders, including POs and Technical Leads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering Test Lead experience with expertise in mentoring QA teams.
• 3+ years of development and QE automation experience in cloud, distributed, or mainframe environments.
• Proficiency with Robot Framework, Python, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JavaScript, or Java.
• Strong technical background in web services/APIs, SQL, and non-SQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with API service testing tools such as SoapUI or Ready API.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks and software delivery methodologies like Agile and Iterative Waterfall.
• Experience integrating testing into DevOps pipelines and using test management tools like QTEST, HP ALM, Jira, or Confluence.
• Proficiency with source configuration tools including GIT, SVN, or MKS.
• Hands-on programming experience in Java, C, or C++.
