Description

Design and execute automation strategies for front-end and backend systems. Own the test automation lifecycle from framework development to CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and BDD/TDD methodologies.
• Automate API testing using REST Assured or Karate.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data across DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
• Integrate automated test suites into existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicate technical quality metrics and findings to all management levels.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in automated software testing.
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium.
• Experience with BDD and TDD using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Hands-on experience with API automation (REST Assured or Karate).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with databases including DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with file handling in Java.
• Knowledge of Cypress.
• AWS certification.
