Design and execute automation strategies to support continuous delivery for applications under test.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an overall automation strategy for applications.
• Support application teams in continuous delivery efforts through script development and execution.
• Participate in code reviews and assist engineers with testing and reporting.
• Analyze test results and communicate defect resolution tasks to stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt automation practices to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience in software testing and automation.
• Expertise in Java, Selenium, BDD, TDD, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Strong experience in API automation using REST Assured or Karate.
• Proven ability to perform both front-end and backend automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of databases including DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with file handling in Java.
• Knowledge or experience using Cypress.
• AWS certification.
