Description

You will design and execute automated testing strategies for distributed applications across the technology stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Use and improve existing automation frameworks to support functional and regression testing.
• Interpret business requirements to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify automation risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues.
• Manage the full SDLC, including code reviews, build processes, and source code management.
• Work independently within Agile Sprint or Kanban teams to drive quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of test automation development experience using Java or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber, Java, and REST services.
• Expertise in data validation using SQL, DB2, and Oracle.
• Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Maven, Git/GitHub, Jenkins, and Sonar.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA and Xray.
• Experience testing cloud-based services on Azure or AWS.
• Experience with virtual databases like Delphix or data mockup tools like WireMock.
• Background in Financial Services, specifically mutual funds, stocks, or managed accounts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
