Description

You will be a Software Development Engineer in Test, focusing on testing and performance for web applications, desktop applications, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and product management to define acceptance criteria for new features.
• Create and execute exploratory and regression tests, and document all results.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes, and generate detailed bug reports in Jira.
• Automate key testing scenarios and maintain the existing regression test suite.
• Advocate for customer needs while ensuring high quality in software releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in engineering test or product development.
• Experience testing web applications and desktop software.
• Strong focus on test automation and modern testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing platforms.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and derive appropriate test plans.
