You will design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and API applications, ensuring high quality through rigorous performance and data validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and BDD tools like Cucumber.
• Implement API testing strategies using REST Assured, Postman, and Swagger for comprehensive backend validation.
• Execute performance and load testing using JMeter and Load Runner to identify bottlenecks and ensure scalability.
• Write complex SQL queries for data validation in Oracle environments and validate database integrity.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or TeamCity, integrating tests with Docker and OpenShift for containerized environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior SDET or Test Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and TestNG/JUnit.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and Page Object Model (POM) design patterns.
• Proficiency in REST API testing using REST Assured and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle, including writing complex queries for data validation.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and Load Runner.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, TeamCity, and BitBucket.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript, Cypress, and HTML/CSS for web element interaction.
• Scripting skills in Python, Go, or Shell.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and BI tools (Tableau, QlikView).
