Description

You will lead test strategy and automation direction for BFSI and other product applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies and prepare comprehensive Test Plans and Strategy documents.
• Provide technical leadership for test design, specification development, and automation due diligence.
• Interface with development architecture teams, including IA, ECM, and UX, to represent QA during design and requirements inspections.
• Mentor and coach team members while implementing test best practices and digital transformation testing.
• Act as a liaison between Development and Support teams to ensure common test methodologies and tools.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in analysis, design, and implementation of Test Automation within Agile programs.
• 8+ years of test automation experience, including designing and implementing frameworks for functional and non-functional testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, BDD Cucumber, and Java Spring Boot.
• Experience with BDD API Karate and SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Experience designing test solutions for cloud migration and native cloud development.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud automation.
• Experience integrating testing with CI servers like Jenkins.
• Deep domain knowledge in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Travel, Telecom, or Healthcare.

Preferred Skills

• Agile practitioner certification.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Tricentis, or CA BlazeMeter.
