Description

You will design and implement automation strategies and frameworks to optimize testing processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current test automation landscape through interviews and questionnaires.
• Evaluate existing tool selection, specifically TestComplete, and standardization strategies.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of automation frameworks, identifying gaps for enhancement.
• Define automation metrics and KPIs, establishing reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
• Develop automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in an Automation Lead or Architect role.
• Proven programming skills in Python or C#.
• Experience with automation tools including Selenium and TestComplete.
• Familiarity automating enterprise solutions such as Oracle EBS or Salesforce.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
• Ability to assess team skills and guide development.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
