Description

You will own quality engineering efforts within an agile team and ART, including test strategy, planning, framework implementation, and execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement reusable and maintainable test automation code for native mobile and browser-based applications.
• Create structured test automation and exploratory tests for UI and APIs.
• Author test cases in test management software and reproduce reported software problems through data analysis.
• Coordinate releases based on milestones using risk-based testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SDET or Quality Engineer.
• Proven track record building test automation in Java or JavaScript.
• Several years of experience testing APIs and backend infrastructure using Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with GitHub or similar versioning systems.
• Experience working in CI/CD/CT environments using GitLab CI, Jenkins, Concourse, or Circle CI.
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools like Jira, Digital.AI Agility, or Quality Center.
• Knowledge of internet protocols, web proxies, caching, and web fundamentals.
• Experience working in cloud and agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebdriverIO, Postman/Newman, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience performing accessibility testing or holding Quality Engineering certifications like ISTQB.
• Experience testing Enterprise Content Management systems such as Mobius, IBM FileNet, EngageOne, or DFWorks.
