Description

You will own the quality assurance process through automation and functional testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation tests using Playwright and JavaScript.
• Craft and maintain testing frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium (TestNG), or Cypress.
• Translate business requirements into testable scenarios and execute functional testing.
• Develop and execute API tests for REST and SOAP services.
• Analyze requirements, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing or QA.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation principles and script development.
• Expertise with testing frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or TestNG.
• Experience with version control using Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with database querying using SQL and NoSQL.
• Solid foundation in manual and functional testing practices.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP API testing.
• Ability to understand and map business requirements to technical tests.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5-year tenure in previous roles.
