Description

Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end quality engineering and test automation initiatives across digital applications, APIs, and AI-driven solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.

Define and implement automation strategies covering UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Validate AI-powered applications, Agentic AI workflows, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle and ensure release readiness.

Mentor and lead distributed QA teams, establish quality metrics, and provide regular stakeholder reporting on testing outcomes and automation progress.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering, with leadership experience managing QA teams.

Strong expertise in Playwright automation framework development using TypeScript/JavaScript, including building frameworks from scratch.

Proven experience testing AI-powered applications, Agentic AI workflows, LLM-based solutions, and intelligent automation platforms
