You will own the automation and quality assurance lifecycle for our applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives, managing QA teams of 2-3 people and contributing to testing hands-on.
• Develop and execute automation test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for UI and API components.
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
• Oversee quality assurance, setting metrics and developing new tools to meet quality goals.
• Lead and mentor QA team members and manage external contract testers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading SDLC compliant QA teams.
• Expert proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Pytest for UI and API automation.
• Experience with PySpark and Terraform.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks for automation.
• Experience with SDLC processes.
• Ability to apply functional testing principles.
