Description

You will own the automation and quality assurance lifecycle for our applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives and manage QA teams of 2-3 people while contributing hands-on testing.
• Develop and execute automation test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for UI and API components.
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
• Oversee quality assurance, set metrics, and develop new tools to meet quality goals.
• Lead, mentor QA team members, and manage external contract testers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience.
• 5+ years leading SDLC compliant QA teams.
• Expert proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Pytest for UI and API automation.
• Experience with PySpark and Terraform.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks for automation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and functional testing principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring technical staff and managing external vendors.
• Background in building custom quality assurance tools.
