Description

Build and maintain automated test frameworks for backend systems using Python and SQL.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Selenium, and TestNG.
• Create API test suites using Rest Assured and Karate.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, Cloudbees, and Bitbucket.
• Write SQL queries to validate backend data integrity.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams in Agile or Waterfall environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Cloudbees, Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of API testing tools: Rest Assured, Karate.
• Familiarity with Cucumber, JUnit, and Git.
• Experience using Jira for issue tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloudbees specifically.
• Background in Waterfall methodologies alongside Agile.
